Hey everyone! This is my lovely friend Cyrus Nemati, who many of you may know as Theseus, Dionysus and Ares from the first Hades game.

He has spent the last couple years developing his very first indie game, Vampire Therapist, which plays with the many vampire character archetypes from across media.

I remember coming out in 2020, and I remember being scared. Sure, Biden won, but I knew my state wasn't the most accepting of queer and trans people. I didn't know anyone else like me, heck, a lot of people hadn't even met a trans person before me, much less a nonbinary one. And I was scared.

Today, a freshman I made friends with about a month or so back, this little, nonbinary kid, came up to me and the first thing they did was talk about how fucked we are.

I remember being that age, and thinking about how fucked I was solely because I was nonbinary.

So y'know what I told them? "The most annoying thing we can do right now is live, kid. They don't want us to live. But we have to. We live, and we stay silly!"

And they cheered up. We did a little high five. We're going to live, just to spite those who don't want us here. Will it be easy? No. But we will live.
