I’ve only now discovered that Hogwarts and goldhorn are going to have slight integrations, SOON. My brother went there, took me once. And, sweet Merlin there were so many PEOPLE..
Isn’t your brother a squib? They have schools for squibs? I reckoned they just went to muggle schools since magical ones won’t be of much use to them.
Nope. Older brother. Mom let him go before she ‘disappeared’, so he did get to learn. Which did not make my ‘father’ happy at all.
Oh… wait sorry I’m confused, do you have 2 brothers or something? Because you said Reggie was a squib.
Reggie is! I’m talking about Bastian. He’s the oldest one. People don’t really know much of him though, considering he’s very rarely around. But yes, I do. Bastian was the oldest before Reggie was born. I’m the youngest. He doesn’t like considering us ‘his blood’ but that’s fine with me, I suppose. Not that he was a good father to begin with.
Ohhh! That makes so much sense now, I was so confused! Thanks for clearing that up and I’m sorry to hear that. Do you remember what the people at Goldhorn were like, or did you not talk to them?
I did— they have waaaay too many houses— Literally dozens of them! But I do remember a few. I remember one of the Professors, I was really young- but I believe his name was Atticus Rose? And he was the head of ‘Silverquilt’.? I dunno, something like that— In all honesty though, there were hundreds— maybe even THOUSANDS of students in there! It was like the halls and corridors just— were endless! Literally!
Maybe that’s because they also included ‘magical creatures’ aswell.?. Centaurs, Harpies, Merpeople— you name it! Sirens would also be included, but that’s likely far from just being it, if I’m not mistaken. I remember seeing them there.
Woah, that really does sound like a lot of people! I mean dozens of houses just for one school is insane! Is it a bigger school than Hogwarts? Because if not that doesn’t sound like a good idea to have so many people. Couldn’t they just categorise them more generally? Like just one house for magical creatures instead of dividing them into so many different groups? But then again if they have as many students as you say they do then it’s probably not a good idea, it’d be too crowded. I wonder if they have a house cup, that’d be chaos with all of them trying to get it!
It’s waaay bigger then Hogwarts— there’s so many different sections to the school it’s unbelievable— and that’s actually part of WHY there’s a partial integration— apparently we’re doing something different, it may aswell just be a free for all— but then again, it’s probably not going to be all of them at once.
It may be 2 or 3 houses but that’s all— It’s really IS interesting.
If I remember correctly, the most competitive houses are Dragonic, Thunderbeak, and Whitesun over there— we have no clue what kind of stuff they have to deal with competition, it’ll probably be blindsided.
Wow that’s insane! But it makes sense that it’s bigger than our school, I mean it basically has to be if they’re gonna accommodate that many houses for all those students. I wonder what they’ve got planned for the integration and how it’s gonna work! Even if it’s just 2 or 3 houses it wouldn’t surprise me if that still was a lot of people honestly. I wonder just how competitive those houses can get, I mean we Gryffindors are pretty notorious for being competitive especially when it comes to the Slytherins! I wonder if they’re at level or a whole other one.
Yes, I believe so!
And greetings, It’s been a while hasn’t it?
Merlin’s beard! Hey Lupus!! I wasn’t expecting to see you here! How’ve you been?
I’m doing quite well! I’ll be in town for a while, not just for my studies, but I also have heard the quidditch cup is going to turn up soon? I heard you were going to be playing once the hectic broom incidents were fixed up! Wouldn’t miss it for the world.
