the following steps work with phone only (X emulator):
2- Use VPN (recommend “ TunnelBear: Virtual Private Network & Security”) after you change your IP to Japan, go to google play, account then add credit...(a fake one) add Card Number, CVV, and Exp.
3- Search in google: postal code japan, copy one and enter, (you will get an error, ignore it) close the app but keep the VPN open, check your location now if it changed/worked.

4- Install and open the game, go to menu then shop(or press the + beside the blue skeleton above, enter your birthday (Year-Month) < in this order. then buy items.
