~How to get motivated when you really arenβt~
We all have days when all we want to do is stay in bed and watch youtube or scroll through tumblr, but sometimes you really need to get things done.
Here are some things you can try to get motivated:
β if you havenβt yet, go and get some breakfast and brush your theeth, because without energy you canβt focus
β make your bed to keep yourself from snoozing or going back to bed during studying
β open your curtains and let in some fresh air
β fill a bottle with fresh water because you donβt want to feel like you are turning into a raisin during studying
β get dressed, and then I donβt mean getting into the largest hoodie and sweatpants you can find. No, wear something that looks decent and makes you feel cute while still feeling comfortable
β clear your desk and only grab the things you actually need
β tie your hair up or atleast get it out of your face
β put on some music or background noise to get yourself in the mood
β set yourself a timer and have a short break after you finish
β donβt stay in the same position during a break. Stand up do a little dance or go walk around and find yourself a snack
β make sure your room doesnβt feel too warm because nobody likes to be sweaty and sticky during studying
β make a list of things and prioritize them so you donβt completely forget something
β make sure there is enough light preferably natural light
β Iβm proud of you so be proud of yourself
β have a nice snack or treat yourself with a facemask or some time on netflix
β realize how far you have come since you got started
