Who is the big spoon and who is the little spoon: Black Sapphire is the little, after he started to trust Clotted Cream enough to let him anywhere near the wings.

What is their favourite sleeping position: Facing each other, Black Sapphire's face pressed to Clotted Cream's chest.

What they wear to bed: The are both the type to wear button-up two-piece pajamas.

Who falls asleep mid-conversation: Neither of them - they are both professionals, thank you very much.

Who wakes up in the middle of the night with nightmares: They both do - Clotted Cream more frequently, but Black Sapphire's are way more intense.

Who accidentally punched the other in their sleep: Black Sapphire, much like his Master, bites. And claws. His nightmares are intense. He pulled back for a while after that.
