I wanted to give alastor an ex spouse from when he was alive

Rosie and Marcy are friends (their friendship is similar to Asmodeus and stolas's friendship)
Marcy came from a rich family that had a lot of involvement in organized crime
They do have shadow manipulation and are able to make shadow clones of themselves
Marcy has done collaborations with velvet and vox, velvet and him have done clothing line collaborations both of them being designers, vox and her have done broadcast collaborations in the past (a very love hate relationship between the two, they somewhat became friends during alastor's disappearance)
Marcy on occasion does call alastor her husband (ex husband technically) but usually when she's drunk
She threw alastor into a wall after finding out he came back and didn't bother telling her
Their relationship was more stable when they were alive, a couple decades in hell messed them up a bit (they have kidnapped each other before on multiple occasions out of jealousy and loneliness)
It was an arranged marriage but slow burn they fell in love when alive (somewhat)
When the residents as Hazbin hotel asked husk about their relationship since alastor never told them he had a spouse, husk just went "you don't even wanna fucking know how fucking complicated it is 🙄"
Also Marcy hates mimzy with a passion (🙃 he may or may not have been the cause of her death )
