Main Ingredients

- 5 stems of Gai lan or Broccolini

- Thin strips of beef or any protein you want (she uses shrimp in another video, follow your heart)

- Flat rice noodles

- 5-6 Big cloves of garlic (follow your heart)

Meat

- Coated in cornstarch and baking soda (appears to use about the same amount of both. Enough to fully coat meat)

- Coated in neutral oil and soy sauce (enough to fully coat meat)

- Seasoned with garlic powder and white pepper (follow your heart)

Sauce

- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce

- 2 Tbsp Dark soy sauce

- 2 tsp Fish sauce

- 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce

- 2 Tbsp White Vinegar

- 2 tsp Sugar

- 1 tsp chicken bouillon

- 1/2 tsp White pepper

This thread is a direct response to a person on twitter who detransitioned from a trans guy, who then went on a rant about how testosterone made them “ugly” and how they lost a lot of hair and, in classic transphobic detransitioner fashion, tried to dissuade people from transitioning bc they will be stuck with the “ugly” after effects forever, like balding (Which, in itself, isnt an ugly trait!)
