▓ are open, for now! unless it's stated otherwise on here/in my pinned post.

▓ i have all important information sorted out on carrd and hipolink, but i thought that i need a separate post for them on here as well. terms of service, prices, examples and other are under the cut!

▓ payment goes after i’m done with colored sketch and both parties are satisfied with it. major corrections are fine before it, but afterwards i can change only colors/details/rendering stuff, not the composition overall. payment goes through hipolink (for now)

▓ two weeks are the minimum time i require to complete a piece, though at usual i complete one under one month. please specify if request is urgent.

▓ i do not draw: extreme nsfw/gore, as well as anything related to erotica and such (mild gore is fine), mecha, complex architecture. i also retain right to refuse doing a comm if i do not feel safe with the task.

▓ no ai use. my work is for personal use only.

▓ all communication happens either on tumblr (DM) or through e-mail (i have it listed on carrd and it's linked on hipo).

▓ prices are subject to change in future. simple background costs nothing, while a complex adds up to 30$. additional characters add half of the original price.

Thank you @amadicah for the tag! I've just written the last exam for the month so my head is empty. No thoughts just look at the art Some beebos who later would be made into a stickerpack, a sketch for the next DOS:2 Crossover (I'm sure you could guess the characters), another fit for my beloved Coleus and a WIP of an unnecessary ambitious het slop blorbos drawing I already posted on Bluesky a while ago. Also using this as an excuse to post some random Daeran bc I don't think he deserves his own post haha (As usual, I'm always grateful for the tags and it makes my day to see that someone thought of me while taggin ppl. So thank you!)

my first RT playthrough was base game only so I had no idea about Kibellah and even despite the sheer amount of art I managed not to spoil her content much. Replaying with DLCs now and omg. I never expected her voice!!! its so beautiful amazing incredible she might actually top Heinrix (voice-wise) anyway i need yet another playthrough to romance her now 🥺🥺🙂‍↔️ and also have some drawings ideas already!!

WIP I think Heinrix uses reverse grip of sword as an element of surprise in combat. This is his favorite move, as biomancy boost allows him to ignore weight of weapon.

I also saved some progress shots this time, maybe someone will find them useful! Random thoughts about my decisions/what works for me personally under the cut.

i don't color b&w, even though it looks like it. I just put the shadows in Hard Light mode on the gray (or any other neutral color) flats so i can concentrate on values only.

after that, i select the layer with shadows and color it separately by hand without any blending modes (best seen on images 4->5). I almost never use gradient maps, with the exception of backgrounds to create a color variation, and the only other blending mode i use for actual *color* is overlay, mostly to highlight warm tones. I don't consider this an optimal way, I just think my style works better with suffering and doing everything manually.

Same with details and backgrounds, I don't use any special brushes for grass/trees/flowers/whatever.

Getting a sketch right is THE single most important thing for me. Bad/rushed/"dirty" sketch could easily turn a 5-hour drawing into a 20-hour one because you will spend those hours fixing some annoying errors which could have been avoided on the sketch stage. I don't like sketching buut i kinda figured out that i better spend a hour more on the sketch than a week on constantly redrawing one part and screaming internally because i was impatient lol

It's not worth it to spend your time on lining/sketching small details. I delete/erase the sketch layer later anyway and adding all those golds and purity seals is much easier and faster when you just focus on form.

Background is rendered simultaneously with the characters to avoid the inconsistency. Same as individual details, I dont do a linear order like fully render face->hair->clothes, but rather render everything at once in small parts. If i ever drop the piece and return to it a month after, this approach avoids the problem of having different parts rendered with different skill levels/styles.
