Wears a patched-up loose fitting shirt and ragged trousers. A noose rope around the neck from the instance when he was saved from a hanging execution. Holding and playing a lute, Sharp, focused eyes showing a connection to music and storytelling and songs of battle and myth.

i was taken by such a strong vision of this one i just had to turn it reality.

obviously strongly inspired by this piece which is an absolute favorite of mine

and the original version in black and white because i couldnt decide which i liked more

Jouke the shanty hare - AoDwA

Following similar unique designs for weapons and characters for the KoDwA Project:

Jouke, the musician and story performer, stands out among the crew as one of the most passive by choice, refusing to wield any conventional weapon. Instead, he relies on a lute that offers inspiration to his allies in combat; and a flute with some blowing bone darts if Jouke finds himself in a tight spot. A vielle for the courageous stories and a lute for melodies.

Jouke the shanty hare carries a rugged, well-traveled, and weathered appearance, embodying his role as the crew’s musician and storyteller. Such tales and songs include a near-death encounter he had with the noose, one that he still wears around his neck.
