tbh a good 80% of my distaste for spamton is just that im really tired of the fanbase only ever talking about men. and spamton is the man that is most talked about so he gets the brunt of this exhaustion. like i did actually enjoy him for a bit after chapter 2 came out. but the fact that people are STILL yapping about him non-stop and spamtenna shit singlehandedly obliterating one of the few fanbases that DID have primarily f/f ship content has. certainly soured him for me!!

i was mostly being funny with the last post (edit: the post before last actually i forgor about that ask) but it IS true. like carol holiday is so fascinating and she's only been in one scene. there's just so much implied about her even when she's not there. just like... everything about her losing her daughter, likely being about to lose her husband, and being so obsessed with preserving all she has left and returning that which she has lost that she ends up alienating the one person remaining in her life... and you expect me to find "business man gets big money but then loses big money and gets divorced" more compelling? laughable.
