Day VI
Getting through the most stressful week at work. Still going strong on working out and eating. Decided to try this stupid Keto thing for this month only. I can say, I already do not approve. It’s been 6 days since I’ve had any significant carbs and I feel it. I wake up and my heart is racing, no joke my libido tanked out of nowhere, and I feel like I’m starving all day. I mean, I committed to trying something new for 30 days so I’m gonna keep going, but for fuck sake.
Anyway, today is Thursday. Finally almost at the end of this week. I’m really looking forward to my weekend time to unwind from the stress and refocus on the positivity.
