My 5 steps to flawless skin😍 A nighttime regimen is so important for the overall health of your skin. Redefine & the Amp MD roller are what I use before bed. This literally takes 5 minutes. Step 1: use the 2 min clay mask. I brush my teeth while waiting for it to dry. Step2: apply pore minimizing toner to your face & neck. Step 3: Roll Amp MD over face and neck in all directions (like a British flag) for 1 min to 1:30. This created tiny microscopic channels in your skin creating collagen production (this is GOOD😉). Step 4: apply Night Renewing Serum Capsule to allow peptides and retinal seep into the channels you just created. Step 5: Apply PM cream to replenish your skin trough the night.
