I love resident evil 9 but it was an injustice that Claire wasn't involved in the slightest for the story. Claire was also at raccoon City so she was infected too and Claire was the one with the personal relationship with Sherry during the raccoon City outbreak.

So honestly one of my biggest complaints is the lack of Claire. I get it could mess with the flow of the story but she could at least appear in a cutscene along with Sherry or at least mention Claire maybe following another lead.
