A girl needs 7 notebooks handy (we won't discuss the ones hidden in the two drawers, okay?) and and they make a convenient shelf for the Chromebook too. As for two pens...who knows when one will stop working? It's easier to look stuff up on a second device than switch in and out of the document I'm working on. So again, it's a must.
