It's been a while since I've posted here, but I'm back! I can't say that I truly got "Fit by 40" but I surely did try! Lost that 50lbs. & thought I was good. I gained every bit of it back. Fast forward to 2 years... back & forth, on my regimen, off again. So here we are. I've hit rock bottom and have lost almost everything I love. It's hard to find motivation down here, but I have my sparks. Last year, when I was in my 280 lbs. body, a 30-day fast and 90-day commitment to running got me down 54lbs., then I fell off again. Since then, my metabolism hasn't stopped, and I've managed to maintain my 230-something pound body. I need to take it to the next level, though. I need to get down to 185ish. I can't say I've ever weighed 185 in my adult life. That's what I hear an adult healthy male of my height and age measures. I must get it together.
