What is this?
This is a blog that features clips from RTF for your amusement! Clips that leave you confused or asking more questions, clips that are hilarious as hell, clips that are perfectly cut, or clips that get you wondering about the Absolute Implications of your favorite characters. Clips from the original Real-Time Fandub and the SnapCube series of Real-Time Fandubs are permissible (there are some exceptions, check the rules for that).
How does a clip get on here?
The vast majority of clips are chosen by me, sometimes at random and sometimes based on current events. Users like you can request a short clip from practically any dub via the ask box or the DM feature on Bluesky (by the way, yes follow the blog on Bluesky if you have an account there). You can remain anonymous or choose to be credited by your username. By the way, when you request, consider if the clip is already popular. It may have already been posted, and I do encourage you to pick a more unpopular or niche option from either series. Practice dubs are also on the table.
Wait, what do you mean "original Real-Time Fandub"?
Long ago in the ancient year of 2016 AD, a voice actress named Charlotte Driftwood decided to dub over Gravity Falls improvised and from memory, and invited the ones we know today as Penny, Jenny, and Alfred. That series took off in the form of livestreams dubbing over films and TV. SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub is the vastly more popular sibling of the improv series Real-Time Fandub. Penny, Jenny and Alfred left the original series in 2018 to make their own gaming-focused improv series, while the original cast has been releasing fandubs to this day, although to a much smaller audience than before.
Who is running this blog?
I am INNER ELEMENT or Arbër, a video editor/graphic designer/fandubber from the original series. I started the account on Twitter in 2021, and briefly kept my authorship a secret from the cast. I started the gimmick account on Tumblr in 2022, and Bluesky in 2023. I stopped posting on Twitter in 2025. My ulterior motive is to help Charlotte's series gain a bit more traction, however I highly support Penny's series as well. The cast members all know I am doing this, and Charlotte's group supports this.
Why the subtitles?
I push hard for accessibility, not just for the deaf and hard-of-hearing, but also those who are online in public without headphones. I do make sure to keep them relatively Simple and Clean (haha, jokes) so that they're easy on the eyes and not brainrot social media captions. I'm largely following Netflix rules, as well as color-coding when necessary. I use Premiere Pro to do this whole thing.
