This is a I am the Grim Reaper fusion au storytelling blog. Anons and characters coming in are fine, but these characters cannot be removed from their spot. Art is mine unless stated otherwise
Warning: A lot of mentions and graphic depictions of gore, torture, and death. Some fewer mentions of abuse and a whole lot of other potentially triggering things.(Can remove these from roleplay by request, but again, probably better to block)
“Holy shit! Grass!” She exclaimed. And normal, average grass. Not mind grass.
She looked around, confused. There she heard noise. She squinted, seeing a man fighting... Reapers? No, they seemed like stereotypical demons she heard tales of when young. She snuck in closer, hiding in the undergrowth and rocks so she could spy on the man better.
Arthur brought his blade down upon the beast, felling it with a mighty crash. He stopped for a moment to catch his breath, setting his boot on the creature’s head to take a small break without sacrificing his ability to jump back into battle.
This man seemed strong for a human. No doubt Annie could still kill him though. Although she’s not as strong as Verglas, she knew she has at least some capacity to kill, even with the new technology.
She moved sideways to get a better look, but accidentally stepped on a branch. She instantly controlled her demon, her horns and tail now gone. She wasn’t scared, but she would find it fun to play a little game with the other.
He whipped around at the noise, blade at the ready, but calmed a bit when he saw her. “You… what are you doing out here? It’s dangerous! The sun is almost below the horizon- come with me!” He is now determined to get her back to town. You cannot stop him-
She tried thinking of an excuse when she stood up and walked to him.
“Ah I-I’m sorry- I was with...” Wait, this is a knight, this must be before even her times. She decided to play it safe. “... A group and we were trying to head to the next town over. I think I got lost on the way. I heard fighting and snuck to see it. There I saw you battling those demons so heroically! It was amazing! And thank you sir for helping me.” She raised a hand towards the other.
“I see… Have you any idea where your group went?” He worried for their safety, especially this late.
He stood up a bit straighter and shook his head, a hint of fondness in the gesture. “I would suggest you steer clear of battles, it’s not safe for regular people in these forests.” No matter. “Come, the closest town is this way..”
She didn’t know where any towns were, so she pointed in a random direction. “I think... There? It’s difficult, really, in a place like this.”
She nodded, immediately going up to the man’s side, wrapping an arm around the other’s arm. “Thank you again. You know, is it possible for you to teach me how to defeat demons? Seeing you fight is... Inspiring me.” Really, she craves violence.
Hmm.. “Well, hopefully they reached their destination safely.” He didn’t have time to go get them as well.
He blinked at the suggestion. “Well, I am rather busy, but I suppose I can make a bit of time.” His smile became a wider, stretching into a grin. “Now follow me young maiden! If we hurry we can make it before light leaves the sky!”
Annie nodded, grinning back. If you looked closely, you could see that the teeth seemed... Sharper than usual. She unwrapped her arm, settling for a simple hand hold. She waited for the other to bring her to the town.

Verglas looked down from the helicopter. Stupid machine. It needed so much fuel, but it was also very useful. Verglas was desperate but swimming through the ocean would take way too long, even for him.
Life was always meant to end. That is what the being with black wings said. That life was temporary and that god will absorb everything, and finally, suffering will end.
Verglas smiled, the lights of the northern city coming into view.
Gabriel pulls his brother into an alleyway, sheltering him from the people passing by. They had almost lost him in the crowd, and someone had seen the little one with his hood off, and!- his thought process was interrupted by Whitmore pulling on his sleeve. “...Don' we gotta get back home soon?” Gabriel sighed, patting the other on the head with a nervous smile. “Yes we do, Whitmore! You remember the way back, yes?” Whitmore nodded, pointing in a certain direction. “Perfect! Lead the way, little one!” And off they went. Two brothers, brought together by circumstance, and held together by loyalty.
Liz paused, thinking of how to describe his situation. “So me and my sister lived and were raised in... The 1930s. Never saw her much, she was older, but she was... Nice when with me. One day we both went to school, she went crazy, and killed me.”

Sonic stops running for a moment as he stares out at the city. A calculated gaze resting on the hedgehog's face. Eggman had been awfully quiet for the past few days, but Sonic knew. He was still out there somewhere.
The blue hero's nose twitches slightly, turning on his heel he races back to the Thorndyke residence. Blinking as he skids to a stop. Where did these other 8 people that looked similar to them come from? Amy walks up to the other.
"Oh Sonic you made it! We don't know what's going on but these guys just kinda all showed up. We found them in the yard- and the little black one fell into the pool." Tails lets out some kind of soft laughter, Amy as well.
"Kinda reminds me of you. He can't swim." Said small hedge hog seemingly sinks into himself. Another hedge hog- much, much larger than all the humanoid animals glares.
"Talk shit about Earl and we're fighting." A purple Hedge... hog? Fox? That was smaller than the other previously talking simply sets a hand on his arm. Amy puts up her arms in mock surrender at the claim.
"Easy Tyler. Ah. Anyway um. I'm Shayna. Sorry bout my friend here. This is Tyler and the smaller one is Earl. Avery is the green one, Kadin brown. That's DJ over there, Amanda, and the white one's Talia. She doesn't talk much." Shayna gives a smile with a bit of a chuckle.
"Ah. Well I'm Sonic, Sonic the hedge hog." Shayna holds out a hand to shake, he accepts.
"My name's Amy, that's Cream, Cheese, and Tails. We also have another friend, Knuckles. And Chris, the owner of the house is at school right now."
A nod. Seems this would be interesting.

"So you mean to tell me there's more of you damn rats?"
"Hey watch your tone, Doctor. You and I are both very aware I can kick your ass to next Tuesday if I so please." Eggman flinches slightly, but she was right. This one could do some damage.
"So. Mara.... you say you know me from your world?" She nods.
"Yes, Doctor. I do." He grins
"Well since you may very well be stuck here for a while, lets join forces." She smirks.

The anomaly growled, barking a laugh. It and a smaller man were in a dead-end of an alleyway. A gun was aimed at it.
“You think that gun will do anything to me?” It giggled. “I’ve survived bombs, your stupid gun will do nothing.”
Updike smirked he tossed the gun to the side. “Oh, I know.” He grinned, showing his spiky, needle-like teeth.
The anomaly tilted its head in confusion which soon turned into horror as the cloud’s body started to change. The bones snapped and reformed to create long limbs and more joints. The tuffs of fur at the end of his head lengthened and hardened, a blood-like substance dripping out. The new creature in front of the anomaly grinned with its two sets of teeth, small and needle-like in the front and shark-like behind them.
