Death is becoming more common these days

Family members , people , Palestine , the world around us , maybe it was common but as we grow older it becomes something we live around often, since our grandmother passed away there is something profound shifting in our family, we gather and it’s different , I think we all miss her, she was our tie together, I don’t want to face that again and I know I will it’s life , may Allah put the patience in our heart

I am currently almost touching the lowest point in my life so far. It is breaking my heart and soul that I am not leaving this year, I am not backing, I felt it in my bones when 2019 started. That I will be stuck here, and it is making me feel like I can’t breath properly, I feel trapped and I am constantly telling myself that I am taking control over this, that it is okay to stay and that I can bare a year, thing is the more my days go by, it hits me more and more. I am not okay with staying. I get these block outs where I completely forget what happened in a week or two, I try hard to trace my events I lose it at some point. But now I am tracing my last five months and it is even more shocking that there are a couple of months I have no idea what on earth I did. I am cooping with blocking out. I am back to blockage and it is scary I am not present and I am scared as hell that I am getting back to block mood and I just don’t want it I lose it all when I block out. I lose time, I lose close humans, and I lose myself. so fuck this shit land till I die. Oh, Dear ones help me stay connected. Help me stay present.

Five years one month and six days later and my words describe how I feel lately , yet somehow I feel the leaving part is harder now how can I leave. A lot could change in five years and yet somehow I am still the same naive person well not naive but maybe idk young ? I am trying to trace those five years and man oh man but fair to say that I did waste a lot of time though and also fair to say that I am very glad twenties are coming to an end , oh dear god it was bad twenties or at least 90 percent of it was bad

Anyhow

We need to do something about this shit whole we are living in

I miss writing to you, I can not remember the last time i wrote to you, well they say things fall apart to get better, so I’m there, in the falling apart part, so much fun you can not imagine, it’s like you are deciphering all the memories in your life, connecting the dots, cracking open wounds that did not heal properly, with no help of other, its just you and yourself, to be honest, all i feel is fear of what to come, do you know this feeling when you keep pushing away a confrontation you know you will do it anyway, the more you push it the fearful you feel, next week, i have my first confrontation, and i know i will get out of this much better, but things will get worse before they get remotely better, all i want from this year, is a solid ground, a ground where i accept myself, accept my life, and make peace with it, this is the only new years resolution i want to have when this year comes to an end. Only then i could start living my own life, only then i could be free.
