Why am here?

Wow, what an existential crisis question. I'll leave that for later. 

Why am I here writing this blog? I want to be open an honest about my struggles with depression and anxiety. Hopefully this will help others in the process.

I can also almost guarantee there will be pictures of my dog. And random thoughts that pop into my head. If I work up the nerve, there may even be video.
