Chef Stanley Wong is the founder of Culinart, an event planning and catering service company in Hong Kong. Before he founded the catering service company, he had a lot of experiences that made him a master in the kitchen. He was brought up in Germany by a German mother and a Chinese father that reflects his Southeast Asian and Continental culinary style. With his enthusiasm for cooking, he studied in a Hotel School in Germany and learned all aspects of five-star hospitality and he had a three-year apprenticeship where he mastered all stations of an expert kitchen. He then emerged on a professional career journey for over 25 years at award-winning hotels and restaurants. He worked in Mandarin Oriental Hotel where he led a team of 120 chefs, The Venetian Hotel in Macau as the Project general manager, Waldhotel Friendrichsruhe in Germany, Hotel Kronenhof in St. Mortiz in Switzerland, and Palace of The Lost City in South Africa. Aside from the catering service, he also has a private kitchen in Wong Chuk Hang.
