Amaterasu was a goddess, yes, but Restless had already gotten used to the thought that she wasn't like people made gods seem - respectful, distant, strange. Rather, the goddess acted like an affectionate, kind person, and while her knowledge showed whenever they spoke, it was undeniable to Restless that she was incredibly innocent. Sometimes, it felt surreal to think that he knew Amaterasu, much less that the goddess enjoyed his company so much, but in it was a honor, wasn't it?
And Restless couldn't deny that he liked her company, as well. Ama's sweet, loving personality lured him in, and he found himself wanting to make sure that she was safe, that she was happy. He liked seeing her smile, to have her hugging him and radiating comfortable warmth through him, and even enjoying the embarrassing purr that she often managed to get from him.
So, as he felt Amaterasu wrapping her arms around him and adjusting herself over his lap, there was no reason for him to do anything other than let out a purr, his arms wrapping around her waist as he enjoyed her warmth with a small smile. Vaguely, he could feel her nuzzling into his chest and, sighing, Restless looked down at her with a small smile.
"Someone's a little cuddly-" Even though he tried to say it, Restless cut himself off, his eyes widening in stunned shock as he felt Ama's fingers slipping into his pants. What... was happening? He might expect this sort of thing from someone else - a particular slutty alternate came to mind - but, Ama out of all people? Heat rushed to his face and, swallowing hard, Restless tried to nudge her back enough to catch sight of her face. It should be obvious what Ama was trying to do. It seemed obvious what she was trying to do, but to think that she would do this to him, without warning like this-
"A-Ama... what... are you doing...?" Restless managed to ask, grasping the girl's wrist carefully to avoid harming her - but he had to understand, to figure out what was happening before he could even decide if they should continue or not.
... Trying to think of that made him far too embarrassed, so it was better to understand it before getting to that.
