His name is Dr. Howard Schneider, and he has a record of abusing children in his past and administering drugs without parent permission, and lying to parents that they may not go in the back room with them as a way to make sure he can do whatever he wants without witness! If you google his name you will find multiple reviews and accounts of what families have gone through with this horrible man, and the worst part is that this man is being held accountable for NONE OF THESE ASSAULTS AGAINST THESE CHILDREN. Multiple people have attempted to bring him to court only to have some kind of setback and have even gone to the police only to be told that this was a civil case and nothing can be done!
