Italian Penicillin Soup (Chicken Noodle Hack!)
I have never been the biggest fan of the texture of celery. Using Lydia's (@mamalydx4 on Instagram) chicken noodle soup recipe hack, I'm able to still make the classic soup without having to deal with that. Blending boiled vegetables to put into the broth is a great workaround to even just cut down on the time chopping them up into bite sized pieces.
Best-Ever Minestrone Soup 🥣
My family used to make this soup all the time. Kara Cook’s Minnestrone Soup has It’s got a little bit of everything in it. You can also throw in any other ingredients you have lying around if you want.
Ingredients:
Lean ground beef
