Vanilla Cupcakes 🧁

Nagi Maehashi’s vanilla cupcake recipe came in handy for my siblings’ grad parties. After being a success for my own, I was enlisted to bake for theirs as well.

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour

Baking powder

Salt

Eggs

Caster sugar

Unsalted butter

Milk

Vanilla extract

Vegetable/canola oil

Vanilla Cupcakes (that actually stay moist)

These incredible vanilla cupcakes are light and fluffy with a plush crumb, and they stay fresh and moist for 4 whole days!
