Scramble.
The weather is changing and so are my cravings. I have been eating a scramble for every meal. And snack. All day. Every day. How many eggs is too many eggs? Just kidding. I don’t care! One yolk. One White. Sweet Onion. Zucchini. Yellow Squash. Goat Cheese. Black Truffle Salt. I thought I loved food before my surgery, but I really just loved to eat. NOW I truly love food. I get so excited about artisan salts, fresh produce, complex flavors. Small bites at swanky restaurants. Last week I died (blissfully) over a fresh beet salad. Who am I?
