Braden has always been one proud to call himself a survivor. Having struggled with mental health, he's trying to create a new future for himself and he hopes college will be a new start for him. Braden struggles with an anxiety disorder and has recently recovered from a crippling depression. As he's confronting this new chapter in his life, he's learning to face his demons head on.

Braden loves to be wild and try to find feeling wherever he can get it. He sometimes engages in reckless behavior and is a huge partier and plays guitar and sings. He can be quite down to earth and real, however, due to his past and current struggles.

He finds himself falling for Colin and eventually in love with him.

Colin is everyone's favorite around campus. He's goofy, funny, and always knows how to make someone crack up. He's a loyal friend and a sports star at the college. He instantly takes a liking to his new group of friends he meets and will often be there to try to help any of them out of a situation. He can be aggressive but only when punished to the edge. Colin has started to find himself attracted towards Braden and isn't quite sure what to make of it. He's always found boys to be cute but was in deep denial about his attraction. When he meets Braden though, all that changes. There is just something about the boy he can't forget about and slowly but surely, he finds himself falling in love with his "friend".

On the surface, Allison appears to be quite quiet and reserved. She's somewhat friendly and approaceable but maintains an air of secrecry. She's known to often skip school and lives with two very absent foster parents. Allison is a model for a rather popular upcoming clothing line in Bristol. She enjoys the wild life that comes with being a model and the specialty only invites she's offered. She's always trying to fuck herself up on some kind of pill or drink. Drugs are her escape from a reality she finds boring and lost in.

Kayla is an exceptionally talented and gifted girl. She has a reputation for being a bitch, the kind of girl you would't want out to get you. She's smart and intuitive, and is practically a genius. She loves to parade the halls of school and enjoying the looks from the lads. Owning boys, playing with them, in makes her feel desirable and good. She never lets anyone in too close, however. She has trouble truly opening up to people because she's afraid of being anything less than perfect. That pressure she puts on herself can be unbearable.
