Millicent’s healing power is like her perk, where she “captures” (records) a person, and they start getting healed. However, the person has to be in her line of sight, and it can be interrupted.
Her freezing time power happens when she takes a picture with her camera, which freezes everyone and everything in the shot. It has a 1 hour duration and after it ends, she becomes significantly slower in everything she does.
Earth manipulation is just earth manipulation
If her camera gets taken she can’t use her first two powers.
