5 mile run along the forest river walk, a run in with old familiar feelings - pride (pleasant surprise) in my physical body and it’s capabilities. A reminder not to undercut myself just because I’ve been feeling so meeps. Nao gently blasting in ear buds as the perfect melodic backdrop. Loooots of small babies and even smaller dogs. Grateful for movement as a salve when most else seems not grasp-able. And for Dylan! Hustling alongside me smiling wide
