Difficulties trying to decide what AoT project is best next to try! I have 24 and 32x grids, still sometimes look at 32x as daunting, so I figured that trying the 2024/2025 projects again might be nice to do. I think I skipped one project, and now am looking.. 2024, the projects are not that difficult except especially around the center... Andromeda (day 15 ) is probably the most difficult piece of 2024, it is just high density, lots of stuff going on. And oddly enough, before it comes up, there is a kind of dip in difficulty, where the projects look really quite simple. But technically speaking, I think 2024/25 might be more difficult to actually tesselate than the first two years. I have yet to really expand upon 24/25.

I just had the strangest conversation with my mother, I can recollect it and understand how strange it was. She asked if I had called earlier, and for some reason, my processing time slowed down. I re asked the question she asked me, and I had to think about it for a minute. However, we have a regular Japanese greeting conversation that we do, and that went extremely smooth and fast, fluidly, whoooaaa!!!

I read another several chapters of my book today! I am now on chapter 43, ah. This book i think has talked more about war than any other Murakami book that I have ever read. You guessed it, WW2. Sometimes, I feel trapped in unending WW2, because I went to school for Asian studies: born in the United States, but lived in Japan for more than 5 years. Sometimes, because I went to school for Asian studies, I wonder if this is a particularly long chapter for me, but maybe I will end up learning more about the Korean war and the Viet Nam war. Sometimes, because I got open heart surgery, I describe my life as somewhere between ww14 to ww20.
