Summer has arrived in Red Edge, and with it comes a dangerous heatwave unlike anything we've experienced in years.
Temperatures continue to rise, power grids are struggling to keep up with demand, and resources are becoming increasingly scarce. Cooling centers are filling quickly, neighborhoods are reporting outages, and emergency services are stretched thin.
In times like these, leadership matters.
Four individuals, one from each district, have been selected to represent you:
This challenge will take place from Sunday, July 6th through Saturday, July 12th.

As district representatives, each challenger has been placed in charge of emergency operations during the ongoing heat crisis.
With limited supplies and growing public demand, they must decide how to distribute access to water, electricity, and emergency shelter throughout their district.
Every decision will leave someone satisfied...
...and someone else without.
Will they prioritize the most vulnerable? Reward those who prepared? Make impossible sacrifices for the greater good?
Or will their choices ignite outrage throughout Red Edge?
Each participant will have one post to show us:
How they responded to the emergency.
The difficult decisions they were forced to make.
The consequences of those choices.
There are no perfect solutions.
Only leaders willing to carry the burden.

The mayor of Red Edge has opened the doors to their lavish estate for an evening of celebration, bringing together the town's most notable residents for an elegant gala. But before the night is over, tragedy strikes. A guest is found dead, and suddenly everyone in attendance is a suspect.
Throughout the event, rumors will spread, alliances will shift, and long-buried secrets may come to light. Whether your character is determined to solve the mystery, protect someone they care about, or simply survive the scandal, every decision could change the course of the investigation.
The dress code is formal/black tie, and the event will be held at The Mayor's Mansion in Red Edge, California.
