Oh, I'm glad that someone liked there headcanons so much.
I don't write much, and I only translate what I really like, but maybe I'll have time to draw a little more something with Arlecchino :'D
Note: History repeats itself, I don't want to make a separate account for headcounts. English is not my native language and I just used a translator again, so I hope that the text reads normally. It's marked F!Reader, but it seems like the headcannons came out fairly neutral.

- He left you alive and took you with him, or to be more precise, kidnapped you. Why? Even he doesn’t fully understand.
- Maybe he liked the way you looked, or perhaps you treated the puppets differently than others did. Or maybe he just felt like conducting another experiment.
- Either way, now you’re sitting in a separate room in his hideout, and there’s no turning back. Of course, at first you try to break free, to claw your way out of this situation, but Arlecchino knows a thing about manipulation, and he’s not so easy to outplay.
- He brings you all sorts of things that he, in his opinion, finds "cute" things he’s undoubtedly either stolen from yet another destroyed store or "borrowed" from a corpse. At first, you resist and refuse to wear what he offers, but in the end, you give in.
- Eventually, he starts to seem caring to you. After all, he’s the only person you have any contact with, and with him, you're sort of safe away from illnesses and the raging puppets. He doesn’t seem to be trying to kill you, either.
- Of course, all your trust in him is the result of his manipulation. To him, you’re more like a pet or, even more ironically, a doll that he can do whatever he wants with.
- And it’s precisely in comparison to a doll that he loves dressing you up. You wear what he likes and what he thinks suits you. Thankfully, he has good taste.
- Though perhaps he does care for you a little more than he might have thought which is why he tries not to do anything that could accidentally kill you. No one wants to lose a beloved pet, after all.
- Through you, he's also studying human physiology. Of course, he could personally dissect a dozen people in a single day and look at their insides, but you give him the chance to observe a living person's reactions to different kinds of interaction.
- Eventually, he'll even convince you that it's all for the sake of art, and that art demands sacrifices and the violence against you is a reasonable sacrifice. You'll start believing it yourself, and also believe that what he's doing truly is art.
- In some very twisted sense, he does love you after all maybe not even like a pet, but as one of his own creations, one he can always interact with. After all, he's changed you and molded you to suit himself.
- He definitely plays emotional rollercoaster. Both psychologically and physically.
- Psychologically, he might treat you like a toy or say you're just some stupid person he could kill and then praise you for the smallest things, sometimes way too much.
- Physical violence is trickier. He definitely hits you, tortures you, and runs bizarre experiments, but he has to be more careful than usual. Whatever he does, he tries to keep you as close to your original state as possible. For example, he most likely wouldn't break anything on purpose, since that's too risky, nor would he touch your face, because he cares about his "doll" and the purity of the expert.
- To avoid accidents, he sometimes unconsciously shows more care than he intended. And it puts him in a stupor.
- I think it's easy to guess that his favorite nickname for you is "Doll" and "Bird", but he also uses "Dear", "Dove" and "Pet".
