Voyager is running low on everything, so people are bunking up. Obviously Janeway & Chakotay bunk up together. At some point Chakotay is injured & Janeway takes care of him, treating his injuries, she sees him naked. A sign is put on their door by the crew, "Command Couple" or something similar. I do recall they end up as a couple...obvs!
Fic 2
An Endgame alternative, something happens that Janeway takes the Delta Flyer (?) & Chakotay goes with her. Voyager makes it home, but it takes JC another 5 years. They end up as a couple, with children and adopt another. All manner of trials ensue until they get home.
Are these ringing any bells for anyone? I'm fairly sure they're on @ao3org but I just can't find them.

Sansa Stark and Sandor Clegane are two of the most vilified and misunderstood characters in A Song of Ice and Fire, so is it any wonder that their relationship is frequently met with the same level of disinterest/dislike?
Well, we’re here to talk about it. All of it. From the characters themselves to their dynamic as a duo, we’re going to attempt to dissect everything about SanSan that makes it such a popular (and unpopular) pairing.
In one corner, wearing the green dress and purple serpents in her hair, we have an innocent young maiden groomed to be a high lord’s (or King’s!) wife, who has been taught all the graces and courtesies expected of a highborn female in Westerosi society, who grew up loving songs and fairy tales and the prettier things in life, and who gets a harsh lesson in the ugly reality of the world at a very impressionable age. She makes mistakes, she has silly thoughts, she knows what she wants (and doesn’t want)… and she’s never been forgiven for any of these things by the fans. That’s our Sansa!
In the other corner, wearing the stained white cloak and perma-scowl, we have a traumatized kid in a grown man’s body who has never processed his childhood abuse and spent a majority of his life believing his thoughts, feelings, and needs don’t matter and has resigned himself to an unsatisfying life of violence and servitude. He says and does some nasty things, and fans will not soon let you (or him) forget it! Some might know him as Sandor Clegane, but far and wide he is referred to as THE HOUND. [*scary organ plays*]
OBVIOUSLY we just have to get these two crazy kids together!!!

voyager seems like a horrible place to trap the characters until you break it down into what would each character be doing if they weren't trapped on voyager? and then b'elanna and chakotay would either be in prison or dead, janeway and harry and tuvok would be fighting and possibly dying in the dominion war, tom would be in prison or just sad and alone, seven would be borg or killed if species 8472 had taken out all the borg, kes and her people would've been destroyed or enslaved by the kazon, the doctor would be a slave in the ore mines or whatever, neelix would be... bopping around i suppose. but in a sad way. like you guys think voyager is bad? try not being on voyager. it's worse
Agreed. Voyager saved every one of their lives and that “village” was the best village they all created for each other.

I came across this article today & obviously HAD to read it...
Star Trek: Voyager remains a standout series with episodes that fans can never forget, even if they try.
First episode they mention...Resolutions, excellent! A must for any JC fan. I'm reading, then I arrive at this...
This episode isn't particularly eventful, but it is a memorable episode because Janeway and Chakotay very nearly became a couple. They confessed their feelings to one another and even started a relationship, believing they would never be able to leave the planet. When the Voyager crew manages to secure a cure for them and bring them back aboard the ship, their relationship fizzles away, never to be rekindled again.
Excuse me??
I remember a bath tub, a towel clad Kathryn Janeway being ogled by Chakotay.
I remember a neck rub of a woman wearing more clothing for bed than she did at any other time.
I remember paramaters.
I remember a wonderful ancient legend.
'They confessed their feelings to one another and even started a relationship'
WTF did that happen???
I DO NOT remember any mutual confessions of feelings AND I certainly don't remember them starting a relationship (in this context anyway!).
Did I miss something?? Did I have my mind wiped? Or did the author of this article, just skim the episode???

I find it hilarious that Kate said all that about Janeway not having a romantic relationship with Chakotay (yes, I understand her partly), because she says things about him going to her ready room, insinuating that she would lose all credibility if they had sex there 😂 Actually, as sexy as that is, and as much as I'm sure Janeway would love that adventure, they would be the couple who made love after their usual dinners and spent their free time together. But they already do all that. The difference is, we would just add sex. It wouldn't make any difference. They would be exactly as they are if they were having sex. And she also says, "Oh, I need to command this ship, and I can't do that if I'm emotionally involved with my gorgeous, hot first officer," when we all know she would destroy the entire Delta Quadrant for Chakotay, regardless of whether the relationship is romantic or friendly 😂
