BELLA SIN #OHIO Considered the "Burlesque Mother of Cleveland," #BellaSin is one of the biggest movers and shakers in the Ohio burlesque movement. She founded #LeFemmeMystiqueBurlesque, a full-figured review of local women, and is recognized as an integral part of the #ClevelandPrideFestival. With performances described as energetic and larger than life, Bella Sin believes that hard work, passion, love, and dedication infuses her #burlesque. "I'm energetic when on stage and sincere to my audience. That is our time together and I make sure that every second counts for them. I put so much attention to my moment on stage at times I swear I am performing in a cloud," Sin tells #RedHotsBurlesque. She is also the production director for the #OhioBurlesqueFestival in Cleveland, where Sin is known for revitalizing the burlesque movement in that area of the country. "If the assumption is that I am a woman behaving badly my following comment is 'Boring Women Never Made History.'" WHAT TO DO IN OHIO: "Ohio has great parks to hike in... Autumn here is amazing! If you come to Cleveland its architecture is breathtaking and so is the beautiful Lake, but our Cleveland Art Museum is phenomenal. Our food is delicious: #Noodlecat in our downtown area is my fave! I'm very happy about my life here and it makes me love my city and state ever so much... It's the rock and roll capitol of the world with a vibrant unique and beautiful multifaceted amount of people! I love Cleveland."

Last night we got to play in the most magical of places. #thebatterysf is a private club in #sanfrancisco and #redhotsburlesque brought a cast of 25 to delight and amaze them and I'm pretty sure we confused and scandalized them! Thank you to everyone involved. Wow! We did it!! (at The Battery)

Join us by emailing [email protected] Center For Sex and Culture 11:30am-1:30pm Join us as we learn the art of tease. Bump & Grind Basics. In this two-hour workshop, students will learn the history of #burlesque, how to create a persona and basic choreography. As well as learning to build your #burlesque attitude; feel great about your body, and an open discussion about increased confidence and positive thinking. (at Center for Sex and Culture)

FATHOM SWANSON #WYOMING From the wild, wild West of the United States we feature #FathomSwanson as our #NationalTreasure. This beauty from Wyoming is an Old West history buff who is pioneering the burlesque efforts in her state. "As one of the only women in the community doing this, it raises eyebrows. You can say I'm a rebel with a cause," Fathom tells #RedHotsBurlesque. According to Fathom, she was the first burlesque performer featured on #JerrySpringer doing #burlesque as well as the first Wyoming grand marshal in the #gaypride parade. "I live in the country in Wyoming and I'll do whatever it takes to do what i love." Founder of #KeyholePeepshow in Casper, WY, which recently celebrated their year anniversary, Fathom is constantly creating performances in an array of styles and themes that appeal to her. With Fathom's acts ranging from Marie Antoinette to an evil nurse with balloons full of blood, she tells us, "I have so much fire. I am very fierce and very aggressive... If I find a song or prop that inspires, I do it rather than sticking to a genre." Recently she was the first Wyoming contestant and winner at #Burlypicks, winning #MasterTassels. WHAT TO DO IN WYOMING: "In Wyoming we have a lot of rich old history, like the #BuffaloBill Museum and his grave. There's also the Irma Hotel where Buffalo Bill and #AnnieOakley lived. There's a bar from #QueenVictoria in Irma Hotel that was a gift to Buffalo Bill... There are really amazing museums like Fort Caspar Museum... Also check out Gma's Cafe in Casper.
