PSA: if any lgbtq+ fans reading this are panicking on how to delete all of their posts alluding to their sexuality, go get on your computer. If you go to a blog setting, there is a mass post editor where you can comb through specific years and months of every single original post you’ve made and you are able to delete mass amounts of posts at the snap of your fingers. protecting your blog

turn off visibility

go to blog settings and scroll until you see this. make sure to click both buttons so your blog doesn’t show up on search engines. your blog also won’t show up when someone types it in the address bar

turn off asks, submissions, and only allow messages from blogs you follow (all done under blog settings)

password protect your blog (sideblogs only)

with your side blog, go to blog settings and scroll until you find the option to set a password. if you do this no one can see any part of your blog (posts, bio, etc) unless you have given them the password
