Guess who's down 7lbs since Sunday??🙋🏻 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Remember that costume I've gotta rock for Halloween...yeah... ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Seriously dialed in my nutrition back to my competition plan, been crushing my workouts all week, (thanks for the love on my video btw 😘) and I mastered some pull-ups and chin-ups today (see the bar in the background). ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ It's helped having the extra accountability this week from my girl Jill Wagner @jilly2187 I can't thank you enough for doing this with me! Went beast mode today with the medicine ball! 💪🏼 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Never in a million years did I think I would be this decent at push-ups NOR doing them on a flippin' medicine ball. #gome 😂 Namely because I've always been weak sauce when it came to push-ups and my trapezius muscles are overactive. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ For reals though, I went hard today with Hammer and Chisel and added in an extra leg workout. I remember this day 4 years ago like it was yesterday... ------------------------------- I was already into my health and fitness journey. I had been teaching Zumba for 3.5 years already and doing other workouts as well, including lifting, running (some - I HATE it 😂), and other classes. ------------------------------- But let's face it, I had NO clue what I was doing outside of cardio or with my nutrition. I thought I did. I ate lean cuisines and other "healthy" processed crappy, sodium laden meals and even protein shakes. ------------------------------- It wasn't until March of 2013 that I learned about a better way, through accountability groups, by becoming a coach to further hold me accountable, and by surrounding myself with kickass, positive people. And it wasn't until March of 2014 that I learned an even healthier way. How to eat clean AND the right portions for ME. I've lost 40lbs. ------------------------------- And I've never looked back... ------------------------------- So for those who say "it's only 21 days.
