fuck my life. my skin is healing from this SHITTY trans tape I got (it didn't even last through a concert) and I wore my binder the last two days. MISTAKE. it's not that bad, I followed all the rules, took it off as soon I got home, but my ribs still kinda hurt. i'm really bad at telling what's going on in my body and identifying pain so i'm bad at knowing if I need to take mine off. it looked great but I HATE binding.
if anyone has a real comfortable binder or they have the same problem as me and has any tips or anything like that PLEASE lmk. i always prefer taping but sometimes I can't and need to bind so. please.
