yukako loved italian. it was why she was eating a small plate of chicken milano, with fresh basil, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic. with a knife in one hand and a fork in the other, she gingerly cut a small piece of her food with the sharp silverware. stabbing her fork into the middle of it, she put it in her awaiting mouth, all the while listening to juuzou’s words.

it wasn’t until her chewed up food went down her throat did she respond. ❝ you’re excited that it’s going to rain? ❞ yukako always remembered juuzou as having a child-like personality… perhaps he wants to splash in the rain? ❝ you’re going to get sick, ❞ as if he cared, ❝ if you go out while it’s raining. ❞

Turning around quickly, his eyes suddenly opened in surprise as soon as his gaze landed on the girl in front of him, the girl that happened to be none other than Yukako ! She was right there---- How long has it been !?

The boy exclaimed cheerfully as he approached her, a smile following his words as he took his time to inspection her--- she looked exactly the same as the last time he saw her ! He was almost close to go pinch her cheek in order to witness if she was actually there or if it was just a thought but her words suddenly stopped him from proceeding to step closer.

´I missed you´ . Those words... A flashing meted memory appeared on his mind as soon as he heard them. Mr. Shinohara....He did say something like that back in that time, didn´t he ? but then again... he wasn´t there with him anymore----. Blinking over, Juuzou came back to reality as he quickly rushed over and covered her mouth with his stitched hand;

"-----Shhhh ! Don´t say things like that Yukako chan !" He then leaned a little as he whispered to her ear "you may get into real trouble "

Taking hold of his knifes, Juuzou quickly shook them as the blood that was slowly dripping from them tainted the floor.

"It´s impossible, i killed everyone here." A pause followed by as he released a soft little chuckle, one that certainly didn't fit his choice of words

"----Hehee... Don´t worry Eric-san, no ghouls will eat your meat...At least not today "

The weapon wiggles angrily in the boy's hands.

----- Upon feeling his left hand slightly trembling out of the sudden, Juuzou´s gaze switched from the night sky to his weapon. How strange... It was rare for his quinque to shake like this, and for a few seconds, Juuzou found his attention to be completely directed to his weapon as his eyes widened over the surprise. It was true that the behavior was odd, but this certainly wasn´t the first time it happened, afterall, most of the times Jason shaked like this, it was because there were------ Ghouls on the area...

Jumping off the bench, Juuzou took his weapon tightly as he raised it up the sky in excitement. Did this mean they were going to hunt down for some ghouls again !? he was already starting to grow bored so just the thought of getting to witness a little bit of action was enough to send chills down the boy´s spine !

"Come on Jason ! it´s time to have some fun and hunt down some ghouls ~ !"
