Buckwheat ginger snap buddies I made on the weekend

My birthday cake I made for my nineteenth c: Her name is Angelica Selmen She’s a gluten/dairy/refined sugar free red velvet coloured with beets with candied pecans and vegan cream cheese icing. None of that sounds very appetising and she actually tasted amazing. I’m pretty proud of myself.

So I weigh 30 pounds less than I did last winter and I think I may need to gain it back or risk dying of hypothermia. I'm wearing two socks, 6 layers on top (including a wool trench coat), wool scarf and a wool hat and I was still shivering my ass off out there.
