Goodbye!
I made this blog when I was 15 and used it to death for the majority of my teenage years up until my early 20s. Like most people, my Tumblr usage tapered over the years until I pretty much completely stopped using it, aside from occasional checking in on pop culture stuff or big current events.
Lately though I've considered coming back to tumblr, but it would just feel too weird to do that on this account. At this point, this blog is basically just a time capsule of all the things that mattered to me as a teenager and young adult, and honestly it's pretty cool that I'll always have this to look back on (or at least as long as Tumblr exists). I don't think I want to just continue here as if I am the same person I was back then.
Overall, this blog just is what it is. There are some good memories recorded here that I will always appreciate. I like that I can go to a random page and see the things I thought were funny, the art and music that inspired me, and the issues that really mattered to me. But, that being said, there's also some weird baggage here too that I'd rather not re-attach myself to by taking up this blog again. I don't regret anything my younger self posted here, I think she needed the outlet. But, this space isn't really for me anymore, it was for her.
Anyway, pretty sure most people I know who followed me on here don't use this platform anymore. But, if any mutuals are in fact still here and want my new details, hit me up!
