What art programs do you use to draw and animate? Any animating tips as well because holy crap you inspire me!

i use Paint Tool Sai for drawing and for animating i use Sony Vegas pro 

and tbh i don’t know how to give you tips but i made some gifs that might give you an idea on how i work

so first thing i start drawing the scene in panels 

after that i animate the expression i want him to have (and i do it in a really crappy way cuz who cares)

after that i do the line art but i make sure to draw each part of him in a different layer (like his head and nick are together and his arms together in another layer and his hair and cap in another layer and his body in another layer)

after that i color every layer 

then add the background and some affects 

(i animated those gifs in Photoshop btw so it may be different from the original video)
