— first impressions
Noya didn’t mind that you were quiet around him at first. He likes talking to you and was happy when you started becoming more comfortable with him.
Chill talks where he asks about what you’re currently watching or reading
He finds your hobbies really cool since they’re different from what he usually does to pass the time.
Whenever you find his jokes and ridiculous shenanigans funny, he’d have the biggest grin on his face. He just loves making you laugh.
Everything feels chill and fun with him, he lets you be yourself.

Nishinoya would LOVE to play volleyball with you.
I can imagine you two spending some afternoons tossing a volleyball around with the neighborhood kids.
When he found out you started boxing, he got so excited.
As someone who finds the sport cool and gets fired up easily, he’d want to join you during your boxing sessions.
Hanging out and sparring with you? That’s all the motivation he needs to get better.

He also gets so excited whenever he finds merch of anime/manga you like.
Out with the Karasuno gang and he sees a new merch shop that just popped up? You bet he’s rushing inside like to check if they have any merch of your favorite characters.

Nishinoya has this contagious energy and is the happiest when he’s with you.
He also reminds you to live your life how you want to live it, making sure you’re enjoying being here in the present, being with him.
Although he can be excitable and impulsive, there are times when he’s focused and serious.
He pushes himself to be someone you can rely on, the way you let others rely on you.
Noya is tenacious and hopes you know you don’t always have to be the strong one.
