Weapon/Semblance idea
Semblance= Storage space-a pocket dimension of sorts that has limited space
The user is good with and uses multiple different weapons but is more of a jack of all trades type. They use the fact that they have access to so many different weapons to give them and advantage in a fight.
can I make something a costume look vintage like but futuristic?
I believe you can, if you look into Steam Punk you can see that people have taken fashion typically found in Victorian era and added to or adjusted it just enough to be futuristic in a sense.
So one of the things to help with your oc's aesthetic is if you based them off of a fable, fairy tale, etc. Then find the place where it takes place or originated in. Take inspiration from the fashion of the story character's origin and combine it with fashion that you've observed in the show, both the style and place that your oc comes from.

What helped make your oc’s who they are?
who and/or what made them the way they are?
what parts of their personality came from those who raised them? what part came from personal experiences? What part came from a mixture of both? what part came from those who they were friends with? What did they pick up from their mentors? What are little habits that they picked up from those around them? What habits developed on their own?
Why are your ocs the way they are?
