Reset routine
This is so calming and relaxing and helpful if you’re feeling stressed or like everthing is too much or overwhelming. Take a breather and watch this.
This was oddly reassuring
How to make time for everything you want to do
You can meditate anywhere, anytime
Very nice
Don't be scared to be creative, to perform. In the grand scheme of things, what does it matter? Just do it, doesn't matter how good it is.
What Makes a Good Day? Get to Know Your Mind
Sometimes we have bad days, and sometimes we have good ones. But what makes a good day, really?
It’s probably different for all of us, but I’m going to share with you what I’ve noticed on myself.
On bad days, my mind is like a cluttered desk–full of trash, old and new. It’s hard to do anything, because my mind keeps nagging me, easily making me anxious.
On my good days, on the other hand, my mind is empty. It lets me live freely, without thought. Everything I do is easy, because thoughts don’t keep weighing me down. It’s like life has lost all of its weight.
When we have a clear mind, everything we do is just so much easier. Because what do thoughts do, really? They complicate things. If our mind is empty, we can simply do what we are doing. Without being exhausted by thoughts in the process.
Get to Know Your Mind
If we haven’t spent time familiarizing ourselves with our mind, we might not even notice. I know that I was once a person who didn’t even realize how important our thoughts were. I never really studied them, because you don’t often hear that that’s something you should be doing.
Today, I know how important it is, and my life has changed since I got to know my mind and the habitual thoughts it circulates like a washing machine. Tranquilizers do the same thing–they empty your mind. And as I’ve said before, the same effect can be reached naturally, by learning how to empty the mind.
Concentrate On What’s Real (Hint: Your Thoughts Are Not)
What is real is always just the present moment. Nothing else. So, rather than the delusions of the mind, concentrate your attention on reality, which is the present moment.
Now that you’ve established that what your thoughts portray are not real or important in the present moment, you can let them go with ease and lose yourself in what you are doing without thought. Read the rest>>

* Read at least 25 books * Make a new meal every week Don't just make the same meals every week. Try out new things! Try for at least one new meal a week. * Consume things that are good for you and good for the world Choose vegan whenever possible and think about where you buy your things from, especially clothing * Write at least every week As I've said last year: never stop writing. Maybe writing every day isn't exactly achievable, but make sure you write something at least every week so you don't stop making progress. * Work out at least once a week * Daily yoga or meditation * Don't let work become your life * Make Kazuki happy * Always choose kindness * Don't loose contact with people at home
In 2017 I will

This just made me feel so inspired. Perfect to ring in the New Year!
I kept waiting for a person. As if i’d be walking on the corner or sitting in a coffee shop and i’d maybe bump into them, and that would be the beginning of everything. I kept waiting for a person… and the seasons were passing me by and before i knew it the leaves were falling off the trees and covering the streets. And the clouds were rolling in, and soon enough, rain-pattered nights became a familiar sound and i was so captivated. With the grey skies and the warm hues of autumn, I was in love. I had been waiting for a person for so long that i failed to see that Septembers and Octobers were all i ever really needed. And it never even occurred to me until now but, maybe soul mates… aren’t always people?
