Don’t let the result of the election be the “be all end all”

No election is going to tell me not to love my neighbors.. my brothers, my sisters because of their skin colour, their background, who they choose to love, or whatever aspect of their life it may be.

No election is going to tell me to choose hate, fear, and division over love, acceptance, and tolerance.

It is at the time of despair where we should hold each other close and be there for each other. It is not the circumstances that determine the outcome of our lives and how we live. It is our hope and our determination to carve out a much brighter path and increase our capacity for love for one another that determines where we go from here.

So I urge all of you my followers/mutuals/brothers & sister to lead by example. Be hopeful. Increase your capacity for love in many different ways to all those around you. Challenge yourself in ways you want to see the world change.

It’s not over until it’s over.
