@regal-lana
Best of dorky Lana
āBoth of us do, darling. Perks of being mad.ā
āGetting kinky, are we? I wonāt take you up on that offer just yet. Your carriage will be awaiting right on time.ā
"I think you're confusing roles dear. You're the mad one, I'm the evil one." "I don't know what you're talking about Seb." Lana smiled, laughing slightly. "Perfect, I'll have to done some killer heels if I'm going to be standing next to you."
Lana Parrilla @regallana tweeted: Looks like I've got a date Friday night. Think I'll need my beauty sleep? ;)
āOh, but arguing with the Queen is so much fun. You canāt take that away from me.ā
āSounds perfect. Iāll stop by your place around that time to pick you up, then. A queen needs her carriage.ā
"Aha, I do what I want Sebastian. The perks of being 'royal'." "Cute. Don't be late dear, I might have to string you up in my dungeons."
You have one night to do anything with absolutely no consequences. What do you do?
"Oh I would totally slap Adam and Eddy.""But I don't really need one whole night to do that. Just an hour will do."
āItās got more syllables than mine, though, so I still win. You canāt beat me, Parrilla.ā
āWonderful. Itās a date, then. What time do yuo wanna meet?ā
".... Don't argue with the Queen!" "A date it is. Uh - How's six-ish sound to you? Dinner and drinks?"
Catching Up || Lana & Meghan
Meghan laughed, felling Lanaās arms wrap around her. She reached a hand up, squeezing Lanaās arm gently and heard the greeting. āI better be your favorite wolf,ā she teased. Turning in her friends arms, she gave the woman a hug and chuckled. āThank you, the new show is being kind to me,ā she said with a shrug. āBut you, Lana! You look sinful as always!ā she laughed. Meghan stepped back, letting her friend go then nodded, following after the woman and helping with her bags. When all of her bags had been gathered, Meghan just randomly reached for one, then started out of the airport with her friend.
āOh, I was figuring weād head over the Cambie. I havenāt been there in a minute and I honestly miss their food. Unless you want something more posh? Then thereās always West, I suppose?ā She laughed as she heard her friend complain about the extra weight, āWell at least itās only in the bags!ā
Hearing the woman commenting on something that didnāt fit, she listened and laughed softly. āYou know I will never turn down a pair of shoes! Especially if theyāre heels! I need all the help I can get when it comes to height, after all.ā Well, in all honesty, Meghan stood at 5ā8ā which wasnāt particularly short, though sometimes she felt short next to Richard. Hell, anyone would feel short next to Richard, but Meghan did like to wear heels around him, as it was much easier to see eye to eye with him. And he had those damn blue eyes that could see straight into her soul. āSo yes, Iāll always take your heels,ā she laughed.
She walked with Lana out to her car and put everything in the trunk before climbing in. She had made up her mind to trade in her car, so this was probably the last time sheād be driving the clown car. Feeling a little nostalgic, Meghan tried to shake off the thoughts and smiled over at Lana before hitting the unlock button and climbing in. āSo, itās up to you: The Cambie or West?ā she asked.
Starting to pull out into traffic, Meghan glanced over at Lana quickly and grinned, āSo whatās been happening? I havenāt seen you since the last time I was on the set! I need to know the scoop, come on!ā
Lana laughed as she shook her head. "I'm pretty sure you're my only wolf dear." She grinned, winking at Meghan as she nodded. "It really is. I have to say though I'm going to miss having you around set, Intelligence scored big getting you." Lana had been quite thrown when she'd found out that Meghan wouldn't be joining them this next season. They'd all gotten on so well, one big family, as clichĆ© as it sounded. But it was the truth. She smiled slightly, glancing down over her dress and the heels she's donned that morning. "Well, I don't know about sinful considering I got about two hours sleep last night, but I'm going to take it anyway." She grinned, nodding her head as she did so.Ā
Lana rolled her eyes, dropping her draw dramatically. "OnlyĀ bags? I'm only little Meghan, cut me some slack." She laughed, jokingly flicking her hand at the taller brunette as she did so. "What I wouldn't give for actual magic right now." She sighed wistfully. Maybe then she wouldn't have needed to carry her bags at all, or better yet, fly back to Vancouver.Ā
Lana scoffed, nodding slightly as she laughed. "Oh please, at least you're taller than me. It seems all I own are heels and still I'm shorter than most everyone else. Ginny's still four inches taller than me!" Lana sighed, pursing her lips in a smile. "But fantastic, I'll drop them off when I've sorted through my bags. I don't even know which one they're in."
She smiled as they approached Meghan's car, running her hand over the top of it. "Still going strong I see?" She grinned, tilting her head as she climbed in after Meghan. "Oh, let's go with The Cambie. I'm so not in the mood for fancy posh waiters asking me 'Sourdough or Olive?'." Lana rolled her eyes, laughing.
She smirked slightly, shifting around in her seat as she glanced to Meghan. "The Scoop? So - you don't know then?" Lana grinned, biting her lip as she held up her left hand and showed the ring that had rested there for nearly three weeks. "Fred proposed."
He broke out into a chuckle at her failed attempt. āBright side of having a short last name. You can always use Sebastian, though. Itās long enough, can be worth a shot.ā
āFriday night good for you?ā
"Hey, my name is short! It's just not spelt that way, Sebastian." "Okay no, that just sounds weird. And I am absolutely available Friday."
āNot while Iām around, Parrilla.ā
āThat makes the two of us. We also need to catch up on the off-set time at the pub, what do you say?ā
"Oh! Breaking out the last names are we? Oh okay then Sta - Y'know, that's not fair. It doesn't quite work the same with you." "I say that sounds like a great idea. When're you free?"
āNot half as tired as Iād normally be. I got some time to rest after wrapping up with Cap 2, so that was nice. And now Iām back to torment your on set again, my queen. Better brace yourself.ā
"Oh god, and to think I had a reprieve!" "I actually look forward to it. Bring it on hat man."
I could go for a coffee right about now
I will definitely be calling on you, then! Waitstaff always seem to want to rush you away, you miss a bit of that home atmosphere when you eat in a restaurant or pub - even if they call themselves a āfamilyā restaurant.
Itās all right, Iām not offended. Another month and I might be a wee bit better known.
Hm, I've never really been a fan of 'family'Ā restaurants. Restaurants in general actually. And of course, come around whenever you like. I'm always trying to cook every night but, sometimes with filming and all that, it gets a little tiresome. Luckily, we don't start for another few weeks.
Well, I know you now. And I'm very glad I do.
I could go for a coffee right about now
Nothing beats a home cooked meal, I have to agree with you. I admit after a few days around here, restaurant food will get old and Iāll have to start working on my cooking skills.
Well, then I will say thank you and be flattered!
That is very true. Well, I love to cook so when that happens, feel free to drop in for dinner.Ā
And I'm going to apologize again, I'm terribly sorry.
I could go for a coffee right about now
Wow, scrapping with family for food. Makes me homesick now. How many times I got close to taking a fork in the hand because of this!
Its all right, I think.. is that a compliment???
Well, we were never quite atĀ thatĀ level, but oh yes, I know what you mean. I love going back home, it's always my favourite for dinner.
Well, The Hunter was fairly good looking, if that's what you mean.
I could go for a coffee right about now
Oh, big family, big dinners brings to mind scrambling to get something to eat before someone else gets it! How big was your family growing up?
Umm⦠no. Does really no one around here know who the bloody fuck I am? I need to get out more. My name is Henry Cavill.
Oh yeah definitely. It was like war at the table. It was pretty big. Lots of cousins and Aunts, Uncles. Grandparents. My sister, Deena.
Really? Oh god, I'm so sorry. I just, you look a lot like the guy who played The Hunter. I'm terrible with names - It's nice to meet you Henry.
I could go for a coffee right about now
Thatās probably smart of you, I think. Most people crave something - say a steak, and try to eat other stuff to stave off that desire. But in the long run, your body still craves that steak and wonāt be happy until you get it.
Youāre Lana, right? Iāve seen you in Once Upon a Time. Youāre rather fantastic.
Yes, I learnt when I was a kid not to do that. But, big family, big dinners - whatever I craved was usually either in the cupboards or being cooked that night.Ā
That'd be me. Lana Parrilla, and thank you. You though, look very familiar. I think - Red Riding Hood, right?
I could go for a coffee right about now
I always based it around the time of day. Maybe a scone for me. Sort of like soda, I can never drink that before noon for some reason, just seems strange.
I go purely on my stomach. If I crave a cookie, I have to have a cookie. But soda's, oh god, I can't have them unless I'm eating something. Water, tea or coffee I can have fine on it's own, anything else I have to eat with it. Ā
