Huh. So the younger male had no idea on why there was even such a rumor in the first place? Jongkook sighed inwardly to himself, though his expression betrayed nothing of that sort and was still poker-faced. He had so optimistically hoping that Jaewook would at least know something, it didn’t even matter what, as long as there were clues for him to track down. He couldn’t possibly go around interrogating all the students. He hadn’t had a lot of free time either. ”Yes, I know how unruly the kids can be… though it’s no joking matter to spread that kind of rumor.” The student must had really hated the girl a lot then.
"Not even a single clue?" Jongkook murmured, more to himself than to the man sitting across him. Inwardly his eyes was twitching, and he felt tempted to just ignore the whole thing and let it fade off by itself. Had he been more aware that Jaewook knew something and was actually faking ignorance while doing a good job at it, he probably wouldn’t be so snappy about the whole situation. "Are things running smoothly for you at the moment? Any student you have difficulties dealing with?" He asked, leaning back against his chair, more loosened up than before. "Just asking as a fellow colleague," he added for good measure.
No idea? No. He had every idea, from who started this to who spread it. "Yes," he agreed hastily, "No joking matter at all." He would sprint. Right out of the goddamn room as soon as he was done with this, or he'd melt into a puddle of stress right there into that chair. He relaxed the tiniest bit when Jongkook changed the topic to some degree, and could feel his shoulders relaxing a bit. Plus, seeing the other loosen up a bit lowered Jaewook's guard, but he remained a bit way nonetheless. "Smoothly enough," Jaewook said, speaking the truest thing he had since he had walked into the room. "I have a few students," he said, chuckling a bit. Of course there were a couple of kids, the usual trouble makers that were lazy in class, but he didn't stress all that much over them. "There is this one girl," Jaewook caught himself saying before he realized, tightening his jaw as soon as he uttered the words. "She's okay, just a bit rambunctious," he quickly covered, "Nothing too out of hand."

Surprise, surprise. “Yes, you should,” Sora replied simply, nodding her head with a childish grin on her face. It was weird that he was even acting this way, just playful and less annoyed. But then again, she didn’t know much about him and she thought that their relationship was the stereotypical mutual hate relationship with people she had in the past. But she just stared at him in awe, was it even possible for someone like him to act so childish like this? Did even a figment of playfulness exist in his body. Perhaps it did, maybe this was one of the rare moments that he would be like this. She wished she had her camera on her to record something as rare as this.
And then she felt splashes of water on her again. If she was a normal female, she’d definitely screech and make up would be smearing, but Sora was not the type to go cake her face or even care if she got wet and she just stared at him in bewilderment. Did someone inject a little bit of herself into his veins? She sat there, her mouth in an ‘o.’ Was this really happening? She was playing around like a five year old with a Regalis teacher, she never imagined this in her wildest dreams. What the heck was going on? Her eyes widened at his comment, he did not just go there. “You are so going down,” Sora said with a smile. Splashing the man with water as well, and there were was more and more of this splashing, there was no way she was going to win this war with this guy being the initiator of splashing. Nope, no way.
Sacrificing her hair and pretty much her whole body to the water he was splashing, she came closer to him, closer and closer, hoping, actually, she was praying that this was going to work out in her favor. Park Sora was going to win this game somehow. She was about a centimeter or so away from him. She grabbed a handful of water, faced the wall so she wouldn’t see him and threw it onto his face. The girl only had hope that a lot of water got him. She was afraid that he might get angry at her for doing something ridiculous as that.
Weird? It wasn't weird that he was like this. He had water fights like this all the time with his brother, and this was just a dive back into his childhood memories. Yep, just like twenty years ago. Gosh, he was old, wasn't he? It had been an extremely long time since he had acted like this, or even had any fun. And not the grown up kind of fun that wasn't really fun, genuine enjoyment of something as simple as this. Bath time was over for Mari and Bao, and sure, Jaewook had just taken a shower, but it seemed like it was bath time all over again. "Oh?" he questioned, keeping up the splashing, that was up to par with that of a Magikarp's. He was laughing so hard and so deeply invested in his own attack against her, he didn't block any of the water coming towards him. His shirt was completely soaked, his hair hanging wet, and his folded up jeans soaked to the bone, and best of all, he didn't even care. He was laughing too hard and having way too much fun to pay attention to how misleading the situation could have looked had anyone walked into the room at that moment. The minute the water hit him in the face, he chuckled, looking down at his wet clothes and backing away for a moment. The sudden movement had in a way set him straight, brought him back to the moment and how it should be, not how it was. "Miss Park," he said, rising from the tub, clothes dripping as he reached for a clean towel. "Enough," he continued, albeit hesitantly. This was no way to act in front of a student, and especially in front of her. Doing something like this would only encourage her reckless behavior. Stepping out of the tub, he reached his hand out to help her, offering the towel with the other, his chuckles and smiles dying down to a neutral expression.
Busy? ( / peeks her head into the classroom ). I made you some black tea. ( / places mug on his desk ). Uh, I added some lemon and honey to it, but I don't know if you liked tea that way, it might be too sweet for you. ( / scratches the back of her head ). It's kind of an apology thing for being a pain in the ass. Not that it's ever going to change, but I felt guilty so there. I'll get going now, bye Miss Fuddy-Duddy. ( / leaves the classroom ).
(/looks up from his papers distractedly.) Tea? (/nods his head slowly, brow furrowed in confusion.) Thank you? (/hesitantly sips from the cup as she leaves, returning to his work.)

No, thank you.

Kim Jaewook, he’s the man the left traces of pastel ashes upon his cheek with each blink, the man whose voice was bittersweet from vocal cords saturated in herbal tonics. Artists, there were shallow, pretentious artists that were too enamored by flashing light, littering the world. They were limited by meres of luck, hardly possessing creativity for anything besides their well-constructed lives of lies. If he closed his eyes and focused, sorted through the patches of haze he could see the faces so the called artists perched upon pedestals of lime soapstone. He could smell the liquor and intoxication of Nimbasa City in his memories, purposely forced them to disperse. Jaewook was different, an individual that was born with his veins replaced by piano wires, having oil for blood and fingers that bent meticulously – or in the most feral manner – to direct enchanting theatrics, a person existing as an enigma with infrared sight, four dimensional and unnervingly intriguing.
Or, so the facts he had collected suggested as such, it would be awfully hasty of him to rush to conclusions. It wasn’t stalking, it was observing, he was a scientist and Jaewook was one of his subjects to study. It was only in his nature to be inclined to educate himself on what he didn’t understand along with anything that took the careful pattern of human reality and twisted it. A human, while rare, shouldn’t be the acceptance to scientific discovery. Therefore, this was not at all stalking. Memorizing the abilities of Jaewook’s Pokémon and noting the professor’s eating regime was perfectly normal, from a scientific point of view at least. This is also the reason why he had steered clear of getting too close to Jaewook, because heaven forbid he actually have a conversation with the man. If his specimen became too self-aware then he’d have no choice but to terminate this disordered study, plus, he wasn’t entirely confident in his ability to form actual words at this point in time.
That being said, none of that was going to save him now that he was curled into an anxiety stricken, ridged ball in the corner of Jaewook’s office closet. He had completely screwed himself over, and although he really wanted to slam the back of his head against the closet wall until brain matter stained the lackluster paint job Woong kept his eyes wide open and locked onto the sliver of light streaming into the confines of the four walled room. All he wanted to do was collect some more information, ignoring how illegal that prospect was, and then his data was compromised by an anomaly in what he thought was a routine, causing him to be presented by two choices – to jump out the window or hide in the closet.
He chose the latter on the logic that having a broken leg really wouldn’t suit him right now, not that trying to merge into the shadows was doing much good for him either. As he continued to hear shuffling outside the wooden door the regret only continued to creep up on him, and it created thick brambles in his lungs, consequentially constricting movement, respiratory functions and accelerating his heartbeat. He breathed slowly, hoping that the branches wouldn’t stab a hole in the organs to make a whistle out of him, but his location was never revealed by a stream of air. Instead his stomach rumbled, growling in revenge towards his forgetful, neglectful mind, and instantly Woong felt his blood turn into blocks of solid ice, frozen by the dawn of his demise. Fuck, this was the end; he should have flown out the window and just accepted a swift, early death, it would have been better than staring into the black surrounding him, counting the seconds with eyes that could rival a rabbit.
Next time, when in doubt, go with the broken the leg.
Regalis Academy was a prominent school, and Jaewook had a prominent background to match. Years spent in the coordinating world, especially since he had started out young and impressionable, had molded him into a refined individual. The habits of other coordinators grooming their Pokemon had spread to Jaewook, and soon after his sudden rise to fame had led to the grooming of his own outer appearance. His inner self had grown refined through training for interviews, giving vague responses to shroud his private life, which most people seemed to consider intriguing. He quickly became a tall, dark, and handsome figure to most, but the truth was that he just didn't know what else to say, so he said the words that were fed to him. His office was the one place Jaewook found solace in, besides his own room now in the faculty dorms, a place that he had made his own in the little time he had been teaching at Regalis. Today was a tiring day in particular, a day of long classes with students who didn't seem to want to learn more that usual, and he was tired out. Bao, the ever playful Skitty, weaved herself between his legs as he opened the door to his office, determined to set his papers and just rest until he had his private tutoring session with a student. His Skitty immediately flew into the room, running around the room as she usually did while Jaewook wearily sat himself into his plush chair. Closing his eyes as he leaned his head back, he would have fell asleep if it weren't for that sound. Moving his hand to his stomach, he opened his eyes slowly, it hadn't been him, he had only eaten a bit before. "Bao?" he questioned, sitting up in his chair as he gazed at the Skitty who was rolling on her back on the floor near the door. "I just gave you a Poffin five minutes ago," he chided, drawing open his desk drawer and pulling out a pink Pokeblock, and calling out to the pink Pokemon. She scampered towards him, her tail wagging wildly at the anticipated treat, and he tossed it in the air, prompting her to stand up on her hind legs to catch the candy in her mouth. "Good girl," he murmured, as she fell back, continuing her little game of rolling on the floor as Jaewook leaned back again. The small insistent noises of her playing continued as he tried to catch just a moment of sleep, until he finally couldn't take her mewling anymore. As he sat up, feeling more than a tiny bit cranky, he found his closet door ajar, and Bao in it, something she did often. The playful Pokemon had a liking for pawing at the closet door until it fell slightly ajar, and then nudged it open, taking the nuisance of struggling to climb in with her tiny paws, and Jaewook would have dismissed it, simply too tired to bother with his youngest's naughty habits if it had not been for the boy Bao was now attempting to climb on. For an odd few minutes, Jaewook simply stared at the figure, remaining absolutely still as Bao continued to explore the ledges of the human body in the closet, that Jaewook was very glad to find was living. Actually, even if it had been dead, he didn't know which was worse. Or stranger. Taking in a deep breath, he sank back into his chair, covering his face with his hands to process what exactly he had just seen. "My test answers are in my briefcase," he said wearily, his mind too scrambled to think of any other reason why the hell that boy would be in his closet. Was he even in Jaewook's class? He certainly didn't remember seeing him, but he did seem vaguely familiar.

Of course this happened to her, of course it did, and because God up there or whoever was up there decided it was a great idea to kick her in the ass and make her clumsy. Groaning to herself, she had to capture that Mari before she decided her bath time was over. Sora’s Vulpix just couldn’t stand being in the water for too long, Mari was probably the same. Quickly applying the conditioner, she lathered and rinsed before smiling at the pretty little Vulpix that was all cleaned up and whatnot.
Sighing, she turned to the laughing guy. Oh, fuck him. He was laughing at her? Some girls would be especially shy and quiet and blushing red if this happened to them or they would be extremely angry that there was someone laughing at what they were doing. But, this was the first time she heard the man laugh or anything that was remotely close to happiness or something less than laughing at her and she just stared at him for a moment before laughing at herself. Sora was not a normal girl who was like most girls. “Yeah, yeah, I’m alright, Princess,” she said with a smile. She could laugh at herself, she could laugh at weird accidental, gravity being a jerk to her kind of mistake.
"Do I really?" she asked with a teasing grin. "I would have never known," she added with a laugh, instead of getting out of the bathtub, she only sat up and added conditioner to the Skitty next to her while Mari was promptly shaking off water like a wet dog as she got out of the tub. Wait, she couldn’t just let this go though, she could not let him just sit there and laugh at her, no, she was a male Professor’s worst nightmare (because the female Professors knew how to put her in her place), and she poked his chest (dear Gawd, couldn’t he change his shirt? She could see his abs like this). "You do too," she said before pulling him into the water with her.
"You really should change your shirt, I didn’t expect to see you or your body today," she said with a hint of animosity. But damn it, why did he have to choose white and accidentally get wet before she did?
It was the first time in a long time he had laughed like this, and it wasn't long before his stomach cramped and he was left clutching at his side as his shoulder shook as his laughter died down. Grabbing a towel from his seat, he rubbed Mari dry, having her rush out of the bathroom as quickly as she could as soon as he opened the door. By the time he sat back down, a stupid grin still left on his face, she had finished off Bao's conditioner as well. "Ye-" he began, fully enjoying this situation as he was suddenly dragged down to her level, quite literally. His folded up jeans now wet in the half way filled tub, there wasn't much doing to be done about his clothes, or hers. "Should I?" he asked, quirking an eyebrow at her, not as annoyed as he should have been with her for some odd reason. He felt almost playful, and the student-teacher, hate-hate relationship they had established dissipated in the moment. So she wanted to play dirty? "I didn't think you wanted to see me," he said, a hint of teasing spreading in his voice, "But I'm not so sure if it's the same with my body." Chuckling to himself, he found his hand reaching into the lukewarm water and splashing her. If they were in the water anyway, it would be a shame not to have the tiniest bit of fun. "And oh look," he said, continuing to splash her, "Miss Park, there's a wet spot, and there and there."
starstruck | jaewook&jongsuk
The teen was running around the city, a bag swung over his shoulder that swayed back and forth each time he moved along. The Plusle clinging to his leg wasn’t really the best thing to run with, and the poor giant was already out of breath. He needed to find the to-be Champion like desperately because he needed the interview for a project and oh god where did he go?! Jongsuk was rushing around, through Jubilife as his desperation was obvious and he even barely had time to actually stop and greet the other people who littered the street.
Unfortunately though, the awkward teen had no idea where else he was running- that is until he actually collided right into someone. Blinking, he backed up and adjusted the black thick-rimmed reading glasses he sported, and managed to give the other a strange look while exposing the metal wiring on his teeth. “Sorry, I’m just on my way to the TV station. I have an inter— … view.” Well, then, Jongsuk, you’ve managed to put yourself in an interesting situation considering the person that you were needing to interview was right in front of your face. Immediately, he put down his heavy bag, pull of random things he had thrown in there as well as pulling off his Plusle from his leg, only to have the little pokemon run back and cling onto the other one. “Y-you’re Kim Jaewook, right? I’m L-Lee Jongsuk, and I’m here to interview you. I’m actually really thankful for this, since our city doesn’t get a lot of traction for super big super stars. Well, you’re like half considered one but you’ll win right? You have too. Everyone here is a huge fan of you!” And cue fifteen year old Jongsuk babbling excitedly, while the Plusle on his leg just rolled his eyes.
He felt a small smile grow across his lips as the boy looked up. He looked so much like the typical teenage boy one would see in those television dramas he never had time for, it was hard not to smile at his cliche appearance. The last thing he had expected for the boy to know who he was, and go on gushing about him. His smile quickly spread into a grin, because he was young and still easily able to smile, as he nodded, "Kim Jaewook, I am." He eyed the boy's cute little Plusle, who seemed awfully attached to him, like a child to his mother. Jaewook wouldn't mind having a Pokemon like that. "I'm hardly a star," Jaewook said earnestly, his cheeks tinting pink at the compliment that was way too big to fathom. He continued smiling, grinning like a fool as the boy went on, his Kirlia waiting patiently to his side. "Well," he began, rubbing the back of his neck, "I'll try my best, after all, I can't let down my fans." The sheer fact that he had any fans, and that one such fan was standing before him was much too big for Jaewook, who was so young and impressionable. He hoped he wouldn't become those jaded stars who simply didn't care about the people who liked him after gaining so much popularity. He wanted to stay like this, running into, literally even, his fans on the streets. He was nothing special, yet. "You said something about an interview," Jaewook said, excitement creeping into his voice. He was still young, and the fact that anyone wanted his interview was cool to him. "I'd be honored to be interviewed by you," he continued with a grin, nodding his head as he couldn't help but chuckle at the epitome of awkward standing before him.
Sorry…(/ she mutters this with a little hint of regret, she hadn’t meant to worry him but for the most part she tries to keep it out of her mind and instead focus on the task at hand and listening to his words. (/takes a pause, sighing before he puts down his papers and leans against his desk.) What do you think, Miss Ha? Jongkook could sense nervousness from the younger male as he took his seat. It was hardly noticeable as a matter of fact. Had he not been exceptionally perceptible at reading people’s emotions—unless it involved himself but that was not the point here at the moment—he wouldn’t be able to sense it at all when Jaewook was doing such a good job at hiding it. There was a slight awkward silence hanging around them after he expressed his thoughts to the male in front of him, time ticking by as he waited for his response.
He hadn’t really meant to frighten Jaewook with the seriousness of this talk about the rumors, but he didn’t want to start off with too much of a light tone because that seemed as if he was joking about it. If he wasn’t trying to get to the bottom of the rumor, he might be. “That doesn’t really say how much you’ve heard of the rumors spreading through the school,” he sighed inwardly and rubbed the back of his neck. “But yes, the rumors were anything but lovely news, so I needed to talk to you since it could ruin the school’s reputation if words spread out to the public.” How should he go about this without offending the younger male or implying the wrong impression? “If you haven’t heard, somehow you were mentioned… and I was wondering if you had any inkling of whom might have started those rumors?”
Shit, shit, shit. He knew. His pride as a 30 year old man was literally the only thing keeping Jaewook from sliding down in the chair, and just dropping dead on the floor. Interviews after contests and rumors flying everywhere in tabloids felt nothing compared to this. Paper couldn't crush you like a soda can like Kim Jongkook could. "Right," Jaewook agreed, nodding gravelly. It certainly was a big issue, and one that he did, in fact, know the root of. And there was no way he could give that person away. He could, he probably should, but he couldn't at the same time. Park Sora had certainly been a complete pain in the ass since day one, but he didn't know what exactly it was that kept him from blurting her name out at that very moment. He might as well save his own butt, it wasn't like the girl gave a rat's ass about him, so why should he protect her at the expense of whatever horrible things that could happen to him? But he still found himself shaking his head casually. "I don't have a clue," he said with a shrug, feeling the slightest bit proud at his acting skills. "It was probably some student who had a bone to pick with S- the girl in question," he continued offhandedly, chuckling a bit to add to the effect, "You know how kids can be."
