A donphan's intuition ;; Sunny & Daniel

Sunny and cloudless, what was there to expect on a day like today when the weather was perfect? Well-- Daniel didn't know what to expect, his own hopes that there wasn't trouble brewing but this was Regalis and trouble was always waiting around the corner by clumsy and or trouble-making students.

Maybe it was better to think of his job like the weather; Unpredictable and could take a turn for the better or worse throughout the day or night. It seemed better to think that way. "Jae, come on out it's your turn to do patrol duty with me!" the male who lead campus security called out when tossing up a pokeball to release his Donphan who seemed almost excited to get going as it went to roll around Daniel in circles like it was hyper on some rare candy.

Looking around curiously the officer stopped to look at his watch, classes would be out for now so he expected to see a few students roaming around campus. All he hoped was that they weren't planning anything, he was already lenient with some students and their curfew earlier in the week but he knew limits and he wanted to become strict.

It wasn't until Jae his Donphan had found itself rolling towards something at a great speed. "Oh geez the power went to his head.. Jae wait up!!" Daniel shouted out to his pokemon and chased after it until it had screeched to a stop to the student, almost bouncing when making it's cry. Daniel rushing over out of breath.

"I....Swear....How....are you....going to help me when you rush?" He had muttered to the pokemon then bowed to the student, looking over her appearance a second, she didn't look like she was a trouble maker of any sort so why did Jae rush over to her he wondered. "I'm sorry I hope he didn't scare you, it's lucky he didn't roll out of control, he usually does that when he gets too excited."

Ailee nodded her head slowly, glaring at Puff who floated to the ground to void the look, but he stayed by her side. She sighed and reluctantly searched through her bag for her trainer card, handing it over to the other. 

At least Puff was safe, that was all she really cared about it. She wasn’t sure what she would do if he got hurt because she wasn’t paying attention. She really wondered if she should keep him in his PokeBall. He always ended up in some kind of trouble.

Waiting with his Tyranitar he went to stare at the trainer card. Perfectly legitimate he had no doubts about that that's for sure. Daniel went to look up towards Ailee then to her pokemon only to chuckle quietly and almost hopelessly.

Giving her trainer card back Daniel had crossed his arms and tilted his head. "Well, Ailee lets not have that happen again." He goes to lightly lecture her then smiled. "But also keep in mind that I'm keeping my eye on you now. But that's just for your safety, that's all." With that he was ready to leave only for his Tyranitar to make a growl for his apparent lecture. "What? I wasn't being harsh at all." Daniel goes to say to his pokemon then bows towards the student with a sheepish smile.

Late night first impression ;; Jungah & Daniel

As expected, a lecture came soon after and she nodded, mind already elsewhere as she tried to listen to what he was saying. She stared blankly as he spoke until chuckling at the way his nose wrinkled towards the end; a small mannerism that she couldn’t help but be fond of. Like he, himself, didn’t like that he had to say that. It amused her and she was chuckling into her hand at the thought.

"I understand, uh, Sir?" There was a lift in her tone, unsure with how she should be addressing him and smiled in case he noticed this. Taking a sip from her coffee, she glanced at her watch and realised what time it was; not at all wanting to return to her dorm, already far too accepting of this impromptu break from her planning. “Uh, this might sound weird but.. I really don’t want to go back to my dorm. None of my plans were really working, which is why I’m out here, and I don’t know if I’ll survive the night if I’m forced to go back" There was an awkward chuckle that both highlighted and made a joke of what she was saying - it was the truth. Planning was awesome when she had the ideas but it was near suffocating when she didn’t.

It was probably all too predictable that he'd lecture her. Daniel had to if he was going to let her off the hook for now anyway. With Jungah chuckling quietly at his wrinkle of the nose he nudged her gently. "I'm being serious, the only way I'd be saying otherwise would be if you had pokemon like Zubat and others." He said and huffed.

Sir? That was a new one. "Sir, Daniel or maybe even Mr. Lee if you want to be formal but not wanting to use 'sir'" Daniel goes to inform her on Jungah's questioning tone. His Slowbro still wiggling for attention went back to Daniel whilst Jungah went to explain on how she didn't want to go back to her dorm, Daniel's brow quirking whilst his free hand had looked as if he had been stroking an invisible beard. A low chuckle leaving the security officer. "Perhaps we can go and wander the campus a little then? Some fresh air would be nice wouldn't it?" Dan proposes and tilts his head.

He had made his way to a chair and leaned back once sitting down, making sure not to stray too far so he doesn't accidentally fall back and topple onto the floor. "I think crazy doesn't describe it."  Daniel adds and goes to take a sip of his coffee.

Being reminded of that memory a small fond smile had just appeared on his face.

Daniel being the observant type had overheard a student on their phone whilst he was trying to get ahead of them when they were walking down a path. He couldn't help listening in more before realizing who it was. Song Jihyo, a spunky student and friend with Dan's upperclassman and maybe who he could call an acquaintance; Song Jongkook.

She was probably calling their parents like most students usually had done when they had the holidays coming up soon-- Unless Jihyo was homesick but for some reason Daniel had doubted that. Feeling he was rude for eavesdropping Dan had went to try and not listen in to her conversation and just focus on getting back to his dorm for maybe a minute to check for any library books to return.

Her heart had jumped into her throat, worry and fear clouding any chance of her being able to take a proper breath. Luckily, the new head of security was much nicer than she had expected and although she’ll miss the old fellow a great deal, she could tell she would get along better with this one. Plus, he was kind of funny. 

"No alibi," She reaffirmed his question, not wanting to tell him that she was actually going out to train although it wasn’t long until he had guessed that, too. Damn it. Was it obvious? She quietly laughed at his suggestion, shaking her head. “Delsol beach? Not really my thing. I’m more of a forest and flowers kind of girl" She shrugged, reaching down to pat Slowbro on the head as it continued to coo.

"I’m currently studying to be a coordinator" Always taken back a little bit when someone doesn’t recognise her, she tried not to seem to disappointed. After all only those on the circuit would know people from the circuit; she just thought her name would’ve reached further than that. She didn’t mind too much, she tries to reason to himself “I compete and stuff.. which is why I’m awake at this time" There was a tinge of embarrassment to her tone, having been caught was something she was not used to.

Watching the students body language there was some discomfort coming from her at first or so that was what Daniel had assumed was discomfort anyway. "Hm, is that so~? well even if that's true I still have to be sure right?" he goes and says, his Slowbro had leaned into the young woman's touch happily.

He had made a face when wondering if he had made sense just then and shook his head. "I'd still suggest that you be in bed soon then alright. I know being a coordinator is a little difficult especially when you probably have to train on some techniques you've planned either on paper or in your head but for most pokemon this isn't a good time to be active." Daniel wrinkled his nose at his own lecture when he was done. She probably knew this.

The faculty member could only wonder if she was embarrassed with what had just gone on. She had endangered herself--Or more like her pokemon did. although it wasn't either of their fault but the older man did hope that she would of thought things through.

"Student ID please?" Daniel questions and gestures her to show it, remembering he should actually be making sure to check. He was sure Yejin-- Ailee was a student but reassurance was still nice anyway. "Don't worry you aren't in trouble. if I had to destroy that tree moments ago then you would have been. Trust me."

I don't know! -laughs and looks around with him- It shouldn't be too far from here!

Yah! I can't go there, it'll be a disaster if I do. -pouts playfully- That sounds fun, I want to do that!

So what makes you think I should go there either huh? [/Laughs and starts dragging along, looking around more] then lets go already!

Shaved ice sounds great! It's hot today, so it would be perfect, right? There's some games, I guess, that would be better with games. I heard there was a kissing booth. -nudges him annd winks- You should go there. -laughs and nods- The same ones they have for kids you mean?

Mmm! I guess we'll just need to find a place that serves it. [/Nods firmly with a grin until the kissing booth was mentioned] Hey hey I don't need to go there! How about you go there [/He teases then clicks his fingers] Yeah! Kind of like that.

[/points to a lantern randomly then to a stall while they walk] We should… Shaved ice is always nice among other things they serve. Though… I wonder where are the games.. they must have some games… Maybe a feebas catch thingy?? You know with those weird nets?? [/Daniel had tried to describe what he was talking about but he himself was getting confused]
