Go, my pest headcanons that I THINK I haven’t shared here before? Idk man. I visit a lot of blogs to braindump :(

First of all, I do NOT ship partybeetle. Romantic partybeetle, at least. I feel like Pest would gradually soften a little after enough time around Poob. But not entirely.

Pest spent his childhood being bounced between foster homes. Gotta love anger issues & undiagnosed ASPD (sarcastic). Regardless, it led to his current temperament as an adult

While he has his burrow, I like to think he also has a shitty little apartment he only really uses in the winters. It’s as messy as, well, a bug’s nest.

Someone mentioned pest being a workaholic on here and i agree with that and wanted to add that i think he would overwork himself or subject himself to things that are time-worthy and intense to numb down his feelings since hes tired of feeling like. Anything. Even being upset to any degree, he doesnt Like having emotions and purposely numbs himself to it, essentially its just another self harm tactic but it doesnt contain mutilating himself

(introduce my guy to anti-depressants pls)
