While reading First of a Thousand Autumns, I was thinking of Chi-Xiao and how one needs to be united in body and mind to simply unsheathe it, nevermind to wield perform its techniques.

I was then reminded of the other legendary sword, the Sigh of Kings, the Victorian Realmblade. A weapon so versatile that anyone can pick it up and wield it, and during the highlight of its usage it was traded from citizen to citizen, all working in tandem and sharing it to slay the Nachzehrer.

I'm not sure what conclusion is to be drawn from this observation or from the disparity of the two legendary swords, but I think it's interesting how they're polar opposites.

Perhaps, both teach you important lessons about the inherent strength you have? Chi-Xiao of course allows Wei Yenwu to 'wield' it without the sword itself, capable of performing the same legendary motions with just his hands. The Sigh of Kings just an ordinary weapon; powerful and dangerous, but significant in that it shows anyone they can be powerful and dangerous if they simply apply themselves and swing it.
