Joseff walked downstairs on New Year's morning. The party last night had gotten a little crazy, pretty turnt as the kids called it. He walked in to find Ariel asleep on his couch, maybe she'd partied a little too hard. He got a hot cup of coffee and a cool cloth, waking her up gently. "Hey sleepyhead, you slept on my couch last night, my girlfriend may take issue with that."

She groaned, placing the palms of her hands over her eyes to block out the light that was blaring into the room.

"I’m sober and on the couch this time, I’m sure she’ll be happy with that fact.”

He laughed and rolled his eyes, offering her a hot cup of coffee. He pulled the drapes a bit to reduce the sunlight, taking a look at the skies.

"Storm's rolling in, they say to expect snow... Lots of snow."
